Alexander Nix: Big Data Genius and CEO at Cambridge Analytica to Speak at IT Arena 2017

Alexander Nix is the CEO of Cambridge Analytica, a data analytics and behavioural communications firm that uses Big Data and psychological profiling to build successful political and marketing campaigns. Alexander has been recently included on WIRED Magazine’s Next List, making him one of the world’s top 25 geniuses creating the future of business. Donald Trump’s electoral campaign is one of the company’s biggest projects. Alexander Nix will be the keynote speaker at the biggest tech conference of Eastern Europe – IT Arena.

Having graduated from Manchester University, Alexander Nix founded Cambridge Analytica in 2013. The company has quickly grown into one of the world’s leading political data firms. The revolutionary technologies used by Cambridge Analytica have won attention of the world’s leading media The Guardian, Bloomberg, New York Times, The Telegraph, Washington Post etc.

Big Data analysis and psychological profiling are used by Cambridge Analytica to help advertisers craft their messages to appeal to specific personality types with the aim of changing their behaviour. These days, advertisement or political messages can be created and personalised for any audience and have a guaranteed effect. At IT Arena, Alexander will take the stage with his speech “From Mad Men to Math Men”. He will discuss how combining behavioural science, big data analytics and targeting is enabling organisations to truly engage with their consumers in new ways, leading to behavioural change. This session will inform you on how certain technologies such as data modelling and psychographic profiling can help companies build a more personal relationship with their customers and Alexander will demonstrate how data and creative are inseparably dependent on each other.

Alexander Nix will speak on the second day of the conference, on September 30, at 10 am at the Lviv Arena Stadium. After the speech, attendees will be able to ask questions during the Q&A session.
