This speech is about the journey that started as a regular software development project back in 2017 when ELEKS won a tender to develop a gas market analysis platform for one of the German transmission system operators. After 5 years of successful cooperation, ELEKS used a challenging opportunity to buy out the product and independently continue its evolution by applying in-house expertise in various areas of product management.
