Anastas Boiko
Anastas Boiko has over 14 years of experience accelerating public sector reforms in Ukraine, including more than 9 years leading digitalization initiatives in public services and procurement. He has held project management positions in several international development organizations, including Eurasia Foundation, UNDP, and IFES, and has worked with donors such as USAID, UK Dev, CIDA, and the EU. Mr. Boiko holds a Public Leadership Credential from Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a master’s degree in economics and innovative strategies from the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.”
In 2018, Anastas Boiko joined the USAID/UK aid-funded Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services (TAPAS) Activity, where he played a key role in reforming public procurement for medicines. He later managed a portfolio of 14 rapid response fund activities with a budget of over $4 million. In 2022, he was appointed Team Lead for the eServices and Open Data components.
In 2024, Mr. Boiko was appointed Deputy Chief of Party for eGovernance at the Digital Transformation Activity (DTA), funded by USAID and UK Dev. In this role, he oversees five program components focused on advancing digitalization for economic revitalization, transparent reconstruction, and good governance.
