Andrii Zaikin (YEP Accelerator) —  Expert & Member of the Selection Commission of Ukrainian Startup Fund. Andrii is an expert in building innovative and entrepreneurial ecosystems. His core expertise is early-stage startup development.

In 2016, Andrii launched YEP — the ecosystem of innovative entrepreneurship. The primary mission of YEP is to help youth express themselves through entrepreneurship and support early-stage startups in Eastern Europe. For the last 8 years, he has been leading projects to improve the educational system, support students, and inspire young people to become entrepreneurs — such as the “Entrepreneurial University” initiative.

Before YEP, Andrii had 13 years of experience in B2B, communication, networking, partnerships, and international relations.
