Anouk De Blieck drives SoftServe’s people and talent strategy and oversees global HR. She curates a diverse and inclusive people-centered work environment while growing people capability and enhancing the employee experience journey. 

With nearly 30 years of global experience in HR and business, Anouk brings to SoftServe her passion for unlocking human and business potential. She was previously Head of Human Resources, Asia Pacific at VISA, where she established an inclusive, agile, and innovative work environment and created a Center of Excellence with an improved HR model. Anouk was also with ANZ, an Australian and New Zealand Bank, for over seven years where she build out ANZ’s super regional footprint in Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Americas. She also led an agile HR team to develop innovative initiatives and established a simpler, more collaborative, and customer-focused bank. During her 15-year global career at Citi, Anouk held a range of executive business and HR leadership roles, including Managing Director Human Resources, Russia, CIS, and Central and Eastern Europe, in which she lead a team of 100 to support organizational growth and implement a series of initiatives to build capability and stabilize business.
