Arnaud Castaignet is Vice President of Government Affairs & Strategic Partnerships at Skeleton Technologies, a European leader in high-power and fast-charging energy storage technology. 

Arnaud started his professional career as a business journalist specialized in geopolitics of energy in Istanbul (Turkey). He previously worked as a member of French President Francois Hollande’s communications team, and for the Estonian government, as Head of Public Relations of the e-Residency programme. He is a member of the Advisory Board of Seeds of Bravery, a €20 million project funded by the European Union under the European Innovation Council (EIC) to support Ukrainian tech startups bringing them closer to the EU. Additionally, Arnaud is also one of the managers of Adopt a drone, an initiative aimed at delivering drones to the Ukrainian army (200 drones delivered since May 2022).
