Kostyantyn obtained three higher education degrees in “Finance,” “Computer Systems and Networks,” and “Organizational Management.” He earned an MBA from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School and a diploma from the Ukrainian Academy of Corporate Governance. He has worked in top positions at the State Property Fund of Ukraine, banking institutions, and fintech companies, implementing digital transformation, including projects such as the Unified Information System for the Social Sphere, the humanitarian platform eDopomoga, and implementing Bank.ID, Apple Pay, Google Pay, mobile applications, and customer service systems.
