An expert in organizational management, talent management, and technical community development, Maksym plays various roles at DataArt and leads several initiatives. He leads different talent management programs, supports the growth of strong technical communities, and participates in the management and development of DataArt’s R&D offices and business development initiatives.

For the last several years, Maksym has occupied the role of Chairman of the Odesa IT Family Board, where his mission is to help develop the IT field in Odesa by creating a friendly environment and platforms where IT professionals, IT companies, IT education, business, and government can find mutually beneficial projects and initiatives.
