Mykola is the Co-founder and CTO of the quantum computing startup Haiqu, which develops software to enhance the performance of near-term quantum computers. Previously, at SoftServe Inc., he scaled the R&D division from a couple of persons to a global team of 100+ members spread across multiple continents and multi-million revenue, covering areas such as Life Science, AI, Quantum Computing, Extended Reality and Hardware Prototyping.
Mykola holds an MBA in Technology Management and a PhD in Theoretical Physics, with research experience in Germany (Max Planck Society) and Israel (Weizmann Institute). He also teaches R&D management and directs the Technology Management program at UCU Business School.
