Mykola is the Director of the Technology Management program (MSTM) and a lecturer in R&D Management at the UCU Business School. He is also a member of the board at AI House and an active researcher in quantum computing, artificial intelligence, and human-computer interaction. Until recently, he led R&D at SoftServe, focusing on the commercialization of deep-tech research
