In March 2023, Ukraine’s Ministry of Economy appointed Mykola Tkachenko as General Director of the State-Owned Enterprise “Prozorro”. Before this role, he held leadership positions in the IT departments of prominent Ukrainian companies spanning various economic sectors, including Kovalska, Astarta-Kyiv, and Kyivstar. As Prozorro’s new head, one of his primary responsibilities is the development of electronic tools within the Prozorro e-procurement system, along with expanding its capabilities to support Ukraine’s transparent reconstruction efforts.
