Nadiia’s areas of expertise include strategizing open data usage, managing international partnerships, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes. 

As an Open Data Lead, she spearheads multi-stakeholder initiatives, forging strategic alliances between government entities, IT communities, startups, and civil society.

Within USAID / UK aid-funded Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services (TAPAS) Activity her role involved developing and implementing open data initiatives within the program, contributing to the enhancement of the country’s digital governance landscape. Also her professional experience encompasses a position as donor organizations coordinator at SOE “Prozorro”, Ukraine’s electronic public procurement system, where she contributed to increasing transparency in government spending.
