Natalia Denikeieva is part of the ambitious team at Ukraine’s Ministry of Digital Transformation, working to make Ukraine the most convenient country in the world for both people and businesses. As Director of the IT Industry Development Directorate, Natalia oversees the growth of the tech ecosystem of Ukraine, including investment attraction, and the global promotion of Ukraine as a country with immense technological potential. For her contributions, Natalia received the Woman of the Year award from the Berkeley World Business Analytics Awards.
In early 2022, under Natalia’s leadership, Ukraine launched a special tax and legal framework for the tech businesses — Diia.City. This initiative has provided Ukrainian and international companies with one of the best tax systems in Europe, along with tools for rapid scaling.
