Nataliya has over 16 years of IT experience, 12 of which she spent building a multi-format ecosystem for talent development, functional and cross-functional competencies, leadership, and individual-oriented learning. Since 2019, she has been the head of the SoftServe Teaching Excellence Center. The main areas of her professional activity are innovations in education, creation of new and improvement of existing education solutions, global scaling of lifelong learning culture, and talent development strategies for solving business cases. L&D approaches and practices implemented in the organization have been recognized with awards from ATD and Brandon Hall. Nataliya used her accumulated experience, in particular, to prepare courses on teamwork, presentation skills, and public speaking for students of the Ivan Franko National University and Lviv Polytechnic.
