Nataliya Mykolska
Nataliya Mykolska is a visionary leader and expert in strategic transformation and globalization of Ukrainian business, focused on building bridges between Ukraine and the global market. As the Executive Director of Diia.City United, she spearheads efforts to foster innovation, technology, and economic growth within Ukraine’s tech sector and corporate world.
A firm advocate for corporate governance, Nataliya serves as a non-executive director on the Supervisory Board of Ukrhydroenergo.
She is also deeply passionate about women’s empowerment and the development of Ukraine’s creative industries.
Nataliya is the co-founder and CEO of Dattalion, a wartime NGO dedicated to creating a multimedia war archive. She was also a co-founder of TechUkraine, Ukraine’s largest tech ecosystem organization, and Trade+ Center at the Kyiv School of Economics, a think-tank focused on international trade policy.
In 2024, Nataliya completed the INSEAD International Directors Program, enhancing her expertise in corporate leadership. Previously, she was a Visiting Fellow at the Stanford Ukrainian Emerging Leaders Program (2018-2019), where she co-founded the first-ever Stanford Ukrainian Policy Conference and launched the media project ‘Brilliant Minds of Stanford and Silicon Valley’.
Prior to her academic endeavors, Nataliya served as Trade Representative of Ukraine and Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade (2014-2018), joining the government after a successful career as an international trade lawyer with two of Ukraine’s top law firms.
