Nataliya Sambir is the co-founder and Chief Designer at Linkup Studio. She has 10 years of experience in the field and involvement in over 150 projects in various sizes and industries. Her main skills are related  to the development of design expertise and team building. Nataliya leads a team of talented designers working on projects for renowned brands such as Bosch, Porsche, Impactive, Boba, and Reverso. Her strong focus on implementing a product mindset and product culture in teams has earned her multiple global design awards, including the renowned Red Dot Design Award (x4) and nominations for App of the Day from the App Store. Committed to fostering growth and innovation, Nataliya also serves as a Lecturer in the UI/UX design program at Lviv Polytechnic University, where she shares her expertise and nurtures the next generation of designers.
