For the past four years, Oleksandr has been involved in the development and reform of the construction sector, focusing on creating essential systems and registers to advance the industry and enhance user-friendly platforms. Under his leadership, key systems such as the Single Electronic System in Construction Sector, the Address Register, and the National Urban Planning Cadastre have been successfully implemented. He manages multiple teams and oversees strategic, legal, and operational tasks.
