End-to-end set up, from forming local leadership teams to refining operational frameworks. Previously a Delivery Director, Olga’s primary focus revolved around fostering business growth through cooperation with ISV clients. Recognized with the prestigious SoftServe Award in 2022 highlighting her pivotal role in the company’s successful entry into the Latin American market.
