Rick is a Silicon Valley native with direct experience and thought leadership across industry, government, venture capital and academia. He has been on executive teams of three separate companies that started with zero revenue, raised rounds from leading VCs, went public, gained Fortune 500 status, and sold for a collective $12B. Rick connects governments, and economic development agencies with the vast resources available throughout Silicon Valley. Also he helps to build entrepreneurial ecosystems worldwide. 

He has developed over 200 hours of coursework on entrepreneurship and teaches the methodology on a daily basis. Rick also has been a lead on the NEST and NINJA accelerators at UNIT.CIty and active with the eō Business Incubators in Kharkiv, and a contributor to the Ukrainian Global Faculty initiative.
