Roman Tychkivskyy
Roman Tychkivskyy is a Strategic Initiatives Director at Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund. In his new role, he currently leads the Fund’s effort to build a Veteran’s Support Program. From 2022 to 2023, he served in the Ukrainian Marines Force. For his service, he also received a medal of recognition, the “Iron Cross,” issued by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Prior to the full-scale invasion, in the period of 2014-2022, Roman led the Economic Leadership Program at Western NIS Enterprise Fund, leading its major activities on expanding Ukraine’s and Moldova’s talent capacity necessary to advance private sector development through training, mentoring, internships, and other programs that will develop and increase economic, business, entrepreneurial, and leadership knowledge, skills, and abilities. Roman is a co-founder and a board member of the Ukrainian Leadership Academy (ULA, since 2014), Ukraine’s largest youth movement for values-based leadership.
He graduated from Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and Barcelona Graduate School of Economics. Roman is also an alumnus of the Canada-Ukraine Parliamentary Program.
