Stanislav represents Osavul’s interests in Ukraine in relations with partners from both the public and private sector.

Previously, Stanislav worked as an advisor to the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, CEO of the State Enterprise “National Information Systems” (administrator of registries and other information systems of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine), in GR at the “IT-Ukraine” Association, and held executive positions at the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine.

His experience and professional interests are connected with digital transformations, development of people, organizations, and processes, data accessibility and analytics, and public services. Stanislav has a proven professional track record in governmental sector and in representation of IT business interests in Ukraine.
