Have a 15-year experience in IT starting as front-end engineer up to tech leadership positions. Worked both in a small outsourcing company and in large Ukrainian and European product companies. I am interested in the problems of building a technical team for scaling product companies, finding a match for business and engineering. I also teach the Frontend Beginning course at the Projector Institute.
