Valeriy Dobrovolskiy combines 20 years of experience from the private, government, and development areas, including 10 years with USAID programs in various roles. Within the USAID Competitive Economy Program, he supervises a large part of the technical team, focused on providing firm-level support to 1300 companies, including a significant part of activities for technology industry development. Valeriy is also a pro-bono expert of Ukrainian Startup Fund and participates as a judge at startup competitions.
