Ms. Viktoriia Tigipko is the Founding Partner of the venture capital firm TA Ventures with its representatives based in Kyiv, Frankfurt, Boston, Los Angeles, which she founded in late 2010.

TA Ventures invests in tech startups across the USA and Europe at an early stage (Seed – Series A), alongside high-profile co-investors, with a special interest in Mobility, Digital Health, Industry Tech, Enterprise Software. TA Ventures has invested $70M in 160+ startups, with 57 exits, 6 IPOs. At the moment, the fund has 110 companies in the active portfolio.

During 2010-2015 Ms. Tigipko was the Head of Organizing Committee of the international conference IDCEE. Internet Technologies and Innovations (Kyiv, Ukraine). IDCEE is the leading non-for-profit conference dedicated to Internet technologies and innovations in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), hosted over 25k participants in 4 years. In addition, Ms. Tigipko leads ICLUB – a private investment club for angel investors which has been founded by TA Ventures. Ms. Tigipko is also the cо-founder of WTECH – an international community for women leaders in tech and online business; the Founder of CodeClub Ua – the Ukrainian network of volunteer-led coding clubs for children; the President of the Odesa International Film Festival – the largest film festival in CEE by audience size; and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Ukrainian Film Academy. Since 2019 Viktoriia is a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Ukrainian Startup Fund. Since 2021 Viktoriia is a Member of the Group for the Innovative Development of the Ukrainian economy. 

Viktoriia earned her M.S. from Kyiv National Economics University and Vienna University of Economics and Business and MBA from UC Berkeley.
