⁨Lt Col Yelyzaveta Boiko is the Head of the Department for Application Software Development and Innovation in the Field of Information Technology at the Center of Innovations and Defence Technologies Development, UA MOD. Since the project began in 2016, she has been working as a Senior Frontend Developer for DELTA, the most extensive Ukrainian combat ecosystem.
She was a team member and a team lead in two NATO Hackathons in 2017 and 2018 when Ukraine was first invited to participate. These teams won first prizes for their solutions’ effectiveness and innovation in both years.
Yelyzaveta has been leading the technical team testing combat system DELTA’s interoperability with partners at NATO CWIX exercises for the last few years. She actively participates in international events from NATO Allied Command Transformation and gives public speeches about the innovative approaches of the Ukrainian military digital branch.⁩
