Yuliya Fedosiuk is the CEO of the national payment service UAPAY, a leading expert in the fintech industry, payment services, and law with over 17 years of experience. She is a key driver of the IT Ukraine FinTech Committee, a member of the International Advisers and Consultants Association, and the GR Committee of the IT Ukraine Association, actively working on the development of the fintech sector and promoting innovative solutions on national and international levels.
Yuliya has actively participated in major global technology and finance events. Together with the UAPAY team, she attended Web Summit, the largest technology conference in the world, and participated in Pitch Day at the Ukrainian Pavilion. She also represented IGAMA on international platforms such as Money20/20 Europe 2023, Money20/20 Asia 2024, and Money20/20 Amsterdam 2024.
Additionally, Yuliya was awarded the title of “The Professional Services Leader” at the Mastercard Women SME Leaders Awards in Dubai, underscoring her leadership qualities and significant contributions to the development of financial services.
