IT manager with 20+ years of managerial experience and more than 30 years in information technologies overall. Last 7,5 years – Member of the Management Board of UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group. Wide range of expertise in IT and Banking thanks to different projects, including international ones.Biggest successes are related to:
- implementation of “SAP for BANKING” modules. There is only one such installation on Ukrainian market;
- implementation of Multichannel Internation Banking program in UKRSIBBANK,
- internalization of developments for key banking applications, including SAP, internet banking, card processing, with following transformation of related team “way of working” into Agile@Scale;
- creation of industrialized IT Governance framework according to the European best practices
- consolidation of different Business Lines and Functions in the Bank towards implementation of comprehensive CyberSecurity setup based on BNPP/NIST related standards.
Proven track record in managing big IT teams, the maximum was – 544 members, in context of different situation: from “explosive growth” to “survival mode”, with completely different targets: from “delivery maximum possible new features and infra” to “downsize IT as maximum as possible but keeping it up and running”.Greatest passion in professional life is using my technical knowledge and expertise and communication skills to benefit other people and company overall.
