For the upcoming IT Arena in 2024, our foremost concern is to ensure the highest level of security for our visitors. Considering our experience in hosting events during the pandemic and since the start of the invasion, we have selected the safest locations and implemented various precautions, including limiting the number of attendees and ensuring shelters are available at all venues.

All IT Arena venues have been equipped with safe and reliable shelters. We worked out the logistics for the safest and fastest transfer to the shelter with the emergency services at hand.
Enhanced security and emergency services on-site
Security guards will be working at all venues with emergency services available on-site.
Cooperation with Air Command West
Since the start of the full-scale invasion, we've contributed to modernizing the Air Command West, safeguarding the sky in 8 regions in the west of Ukraine. This has led to a 40% improvement in the efficiency of the air defense system. Throughout the event, we consistently receive the latest threat alerts.
