Dmytro Uvarov is a seasoned IT professional with 26 years of experience in the field, including 22 years in banking and 21 years in management roles.
He began his career at UKRSIBBANK in 2000 and, since 2021, has served as CTO and Director of IT Infrastructure. He has extensive expertise in defining IT operations strategy, managing infrastructure and production environments, overseeing budgeting and investment planning, implementing IT governance frameworks, and ensuring service delivery and production security.
Under Dmytroβs leadership, the bank has successfully implemented major initiatives, including the deployment of MS365, the rollout of satellite network connectivity to ensure uninterrupted operations during blackouts, and the modernization of IT operations processes. A new backup solution was also introduced, leveraging cloud services to enhance data protection and operational resilience.
