Born in 1989 in the Vinnytsia region, Maksym Balanyuk graduated from the Banking Institute of the National Bank of Ukraine in Lviv. In 2020, he joined Metinvest Digital and led the R&D team focused on developing technologies in the field of artificial intelligence. Since 2025, he has held the position of Director of Innovation and Growth, driving strategic implementation of cutting-edge technologies and business transformation.
