Oleksa Boyko is a Project Manager at the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, driving digital transformation projects. As Ukrainian Army Captain and former Chief of the UAV Service, he has extensive experience in building and leading drone reconnaissance and strike units on the frontline, applying UAVs for intelligence, artillery adjustment, and precision strike missions.
