Pavlo Zhuk is a senior technology executive and digital transformation expert, UAF officer and former Head of the Main Agency of Information Technologies at the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. Since 2023 State Expert in the Directorate of Digital Transformation in Defense (2023–2025), focusing on functional services and combat systems.
