Bio

Yehor Pyvovarov is a career diplomat, who worked for 15 years for the diplomatic service of Ukraine in Paris, New York and in Brussels. Vice-chairman of the United Nations General Assembly Committee on Information (2012-2014), member of the Government working group of Ukraine on cyber security and OSCE Group on confidence-building measures implementation in ICT (2015-2017). Since 2024 he is working at the EU Delegation in Kyiv coordinating interaction between Ukraine and the European Commission in the field of strengthening Research and Innovations capacities of Ukraine, including EU assistance for Ukrainian scientists, scientific institutions and young researchers.
