Andrii Hrytseniuk — CEO of Brave1, the Ukrainian defense tech cluster responsible for identifying and managing the development of technologies that create an advantage on the battlefield, as well as their subsequent deployment and scaling at the front.
Andrii has over 20 years of experience in IT, specializing in digital transformation, product development, and the implementation of technological innovations in the financial, public, and defense sectors. He served as CIO and board member at PrivatBank and Sense Bank, where he led large-scale IT transformations, introduced innovative banking products, and ensured the resilience of critical financial infrastructure during wartime. He also held senior positions at the National Bank of Ukraine, Raiffeisen Bank, Platinum Bank, and international IT companies.
In 2022, Andrii Hrytseniuk was recognized as Chief Information Officer of the Year by The Banker (UK).
