Andrii Laba is the VP of Product Management at Simulmedia, where he leads Skybeam — a platform that makes streaming TV advertising accessible in just 5 minutes. Over 18 months, he scaled Simulmedia’s Ukraine team from 1 to 50 people while building products that transform complex systems into intuitive user experiences. An IE Business School MBA graduate (ranked #1 in his class), Andrii is passionate about strengthening Ukraine’s product ecosystem as Product Community Lead at Lviv IT Cluster, where he brings together 100+ product professionals. He also serves as a Startup Mentor at Ideas Center UCU, guiding founders through 0-to-1 product strategies.
