He designs training programs and has trained more than 50 teams of operators of strike ground robotic systems based on grenade-launcher turrets. Together with his team, he has built a systematic process for collecting and analyzing feedback from combat units β from interviews and surveys on tactics and technical needs to direct participation in frontline testing and piloting of new technologies. The collected data is transformed into proposals for R&D departments, and the companyβs specialists regularly travel to frontline areas to communicate directly with the military.
