Danylo Tsvok is a leader in innovation and technology management, with a strong focus on the development and implementation of artificial intelligence technologies. He holds a PhD in Economics and is the author of academic publications in the field of innovation.
He has over 10 years of executive experience in technological innovation across both the public and private sectors. His previous roles include Head of the Network of Technology and Innovation Support Centers, Deputy Director for Innovation at the National Intellectual Property Office, and AI Product Lead at Metinvest Digital.
Since February 2025, he has served as Chief AI Officer at the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and CEO of the WINWIN AI Center of Excellence, where he is responsible for implementing national initiatives in artificial intelligence and digital innovation.
