Dmytro Gorlin is Director of Engineering at Quantum Systems Ukraine. He combines expertise in tech leadership with hands-on experience managing operations and R&D. Before entering defense tech, he spent over 25 years in tech, food tech, distribution, and manufacturing, rising from analyst to CIO and board member. A Best CIO Award winner (2015, food industry) and co-founder of ABM Digital Distribution, he continues to focus on driving operational excellence and innovation.
