Bio

Fedir Grechaninov is an investor and strategic development executive with over 30 years of experience across media, finance, and technology. He currently serves as Investor and Director of International Development at NUMO Robotics, and as CEO of Gloster Investment Group.

Previously, he spent over a decade as Director of Strategic Development at two of Ukraine’s largest media companies — Media Group Ukraine and StarLight Media (STB, ICTV, Novy Kanal, and others) — where he led strategy for the Group’s Pay TV and digital businesses.

He brings 20 years of investment banking experience, having built his career at Alfa Capital Ukraine and Alfa Bank Ukraine, and as founder and managing partner of two investment banking boutiques, Griffon Capital and Mosaic Investments.

He holds an MBA with honors from Kyiv National Economic University and completed the Strategic Architect program at Kyiv-Mohyla Business School.
