Hans Braunfisch

Hans Braunfisch is the Founder of Pravo Ventures, a Washington D.C.-based intelligence-powered investment syndicate focused on Ukrainian defense, frontier, and dual-use technology. Through Pravo, Hans sources and syndicates early-stage investments into Ukrainian companies building battlefield-proven autonomy, AI, and dual-use platforms with global commercial applicability.

In parallel, Hans advises clients on AI-enabled defense strategy, geopolitical risk, and cross-border M&A, and is active in transatlantic and domestic political and strategic advisory work. He previously held M&A and geopolitical investing advisory roles at Deloitte and PwC.

A native of Little Rock, Arkansas, Hans holds a B.S. from Vanderbilt University and a Master’s degree from the University of Göttingen, which he attended as a European Commission Fellow.
