Kostiantin is an experienced CFO and strategic advisor with over 20 years in finance and corporate leadership. He spent more than seven years at Perfectial and then Avenga, where he led corporate structuring, investor relations, and M&A negotiations. He is currently an Angel investor and the CFO of a U.S.-headquartered international technology group. With a background spanning technology, manufacturing, and infrastructure, Konstantin brings deep expertise in strategic financial management, business transformation, and guiding companies through both growth and crisis.
