Maksym Palamarenko — Director of the Software Development Office at N-iX. He has over 17 years of experience in IT and more than 8 years dedicated to developing technology standards, processes, and best practices for engineers and other IT competencies.
He began his career as an engineer working with C++ Embedded and later specialized in Enterprise .NET. Maksym actively contributes to projects researching and implementing artificial intelligence in IT companies and is the author of several AI-based tools.
He also has experience creating training programs for the IT Academy to help newcomers start their careers in the industry and serves as a member of the Academic Council of the MSc in Technology Management program at the UCU Business School.
