Mike Butcher

Mike Butcher MBE is the Founder and Editor of Pathfounders.com, the new tech media outlet and podcast that dives deeper into the AI startup revolution. Most recently, the former Editor-at-large of TechCrunch has been named one of the most influential people in European technology. 

He has interviewed Tony Blair, Lily Cole, Niklas Zennström, Jimmy Wales, Daniel Ek, Nikolay Storonsky, Werner Vogels, Brent Hoberman, Ilkka Paananen, Margrethe Vestager, and many other tech leaders and public figures. Mike is a regular broadcaster and podcaster; he has advised UK Prime Ministers and the Mayor of London on tech startups; and he has been a judge on The Apprentice UK. He is a co-founder of the non-profits Techfugees, TechVets, and Startup Coalition. Mike was awarded an MBE by Her Majesty the Queen in 2016 for services to the UK technology industry and journalism.
