Her portfolio includes developing Ukraine’s technology sector, fostering a favorable legal environment for the growth of innovative companies, advancing hardware innovation, and creating the regulatory and market conditions needed for its practical application. At the Ministry of Digital Transformation, Natalia leads some of the government’s most complex reforms, including the reform of the gambling and lotteries sector.
One of Natalia’s flagship projects is Diia.City, a special legal and tax framework for innovative companies in Ukraine. She also focuses on promoting Ukraine’s technology sector internationally and building a comprehensive ecosystem for innovation, particularly in robotics and dual-use technologies.
Natalia currently coordinates the implementation of the national WINWIN strategy, which aims to open new innovation-driven markets, attract investment, and develop the infrastructure needed to strengthen Ukraine’s innovation and export potential.
Before joining the government, Natalia had more than 15 years of experience managing business projects, including in international markets.
