In his role, Oleksandr’s main objective is to integrate Ukraine into the EU Digital Single Market and align the country’s digital policy with European standards.
He is currently focused on creating the world’s best legal framework for AI development in Ukraine, launching and expanding the virtual assets market, scaling robotic solutions, and shaping fair regulation of digital markets.
Oleksandr has more than 15 years of experience in the technology sector. He was one of the visionaries and architects behind the Diia.City and Brave1 projects and is now driving the development of Ukraine’s venture ecosystem through the Diia.City Invest initiative.
He holds an MBA from the University of New Brunswick and an MPA from Columbia University, as well as more than 10 years of experience in IT management. He has founded and managed several successful companies and startup incubators, including the U.S.-based video monetization platform Adtelligent and the outsourcing company Intersog, which was ranked among the Top 5 App Developers in Chicago by Clutch.
