Petro Pyvovar is an expert in geoinformation (GIS) services. A Ph.D. in Economics, he leads research on rural transformation and food security using GIS technologies. He has a strong background in international research grants and is an expert for the POLIDIH, where he developed a geo-investment passport for municipalities to help attract business.
