Roman Miroshnichenko joined BlaBlaCar in 2021 as Head of Ukraine and, starting from 2026, serves as Head of CEE Marketplace, responsible for business operations across Central and Eastern Europe, covering carpooling, bus marketplace, and multimodal mobility initiatives.
Roman has over 10 years of experience in mobility, marketplaces, operations, and business development. Prior to BlaBlaCar, he held leadership roles at Uber and DiDi, where he led marketplace operations, strategic partnerships, product launches, and the expansion of mobility platforms across Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
Privately, he is passionate about travel, entrepreneurship, geopolitics, poker, and tennis.
