Stanislav began his professional journey as a private practice dentist. With the outbreak of russia’s full-scale invasion in 2022, he joined the Special Operations Battalion of the Patrol Police “TOR”. After demobilization, he transitioned into the technology sector, bringing with him the same determination and adaptability.
In 2023, Stanislav took on the role of CTO at a company focused on developing loitering munitions. Later on he became Technical Director of the nationwide Army of Drones initiative, contributing significantly to the advancement of Ukraine’s defense technology ecosystem.
Stanislav then joined FlashTech, where in less than two years he progressed from sales to technical quality control and production management. His ability to combine technical knowledge with operational execution paved the way for his current leadership role.
Today, as CEO of FlashTech, Stanislav drives the company’s strategic growth and transformation, uniting his diverse background in medicine, defense, and technology into a unique vision for innovation and resilience.
