Stanislav Khutor

From a private dental practice to the front line, and later to leading one of Ukraine’s
most innovative defense-tech companies. With the start of the full-scale invasion in
2022, Stanislav volunteered to join the “TOR” special-purpose patrol police battalion.
The combat experience he gained became the foundation for his transition into the
defense technology sector.

In 2023, he took charge of the technical division of the national “Army of Drones”
project, making a significant contribution to building Ukraine’s unmanned systems
ecosystem. Today, Stanislav sets the strategic direction for F-Drones – a company that
designs and mass-produces tactical FPV drones, LITAVR interceptor drones, “smart”
systems with machine-vision guidance, relay/repeater drones, and midstrike-class
strike systems.

Under Stanislav’s leadership, the company achieved a global breakthrough in 2026: F-
Drones became one of 11 winners of the Drone Dominance Program (USA), signed a

contract with the Pentagon, and became the first company to receive Ukraine’s
authorization to export ready-made combat drones for the U.S. military.
Combining a background in medicine, military expertise, engineering, and the
management of high-tech manufacturing, Stanislav Khutor is shaping a new
generation of Ukrainian defense tech and demonstrating how innovation, forged in
war, sets the trends of global security.
