Stepan Mitish is the Vice President and Head of EPAM Ukraine — the largest IT services company in the country, employing over 9,500 professionals. Stepan joined EPAM in 2006 and has been leading its Ukrainian office since 2021. Throughout his career, he has gained more than twenty years of experience working in Ukrainian and international tech companies.
